Order Processing Time

Most of Russian Legacy orders ship within 5-10 business days of their receipt (i.e. 5-10 working days from the moment your credit card is approved excluding weekends and national holidays) unless the product page states differently. This is conditioned by the fact that most of our orders are custom made. Urgent order processing is available on request. If there are specific deadlines to be met, make sure you indicate them in the "Comments" field (just under your choice of the Shipping Method on the first page of your Checkout) while placing your order. If no deadlines were specified while the order was placed, we will ship the order according to our default processing time (5-10 business days).

Shipping Methods

At present most of Russian Legacy orders are shipped from our Eastern European warehouses. They are located in Moscow, Russia and Chisinau, Moldova. Some orders (about 2 percent of the total) ship from within the U.S. Orders from Russia or Moldova are shipped via airmail, EMS, or DHL. Shipping times are estimates only.

Standard Shipping (10-14 business days)

Delivery normally takes up to 14 business days, but may take longer during holiday times (e.g.: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc). Shipping and handling charges are solely based on the weight of your parcel. Postage is displayed on the first page of our checkout process.

Unfortunately, no tracking is available for this method. Tracking numbers only come with packages shipped via Express Shipping and DHL.

Express Shipping (7-10 business days)

Express Shipping is a registered method of delivery that requires a signature for delivery. Delivery normally takes up to 10 business days but may take longer during holiday times (e.g.: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc). Shipping and handling charges are solely based on the weight of your parcel. Postage is displayed on the first page of our checkout process.

Delivery progress may be traced online using the code provided by us upon shipment. For instance, Australia Post, Parcelforce, and USPS websites can be used for this purpose by customers in relevant countries.

DHL (3-5 business days)

DHL delivery may be arranged only upon request and payment of extra charge as advised by us.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Russian Legacy are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (cf. our Conditions of Use).
